DALLAS (June 29, 2026) – CC Young Senior Living has appointed Shallen Mirzababa, RN, as its new Administrator of Home Healthcare, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare to older adults throughout the North Texas community. Mirzababa brings more than 10 years of clinical experience and expertise in healthcare leadership and consulting overseeing clinical operations and staff development for home health, hospice, acute care, and skilled nursing services across multiple states and multi-site healthcare organizations.

In this role, Mirzababa will oversee all aspects of CC Young Home Healthcare operations, including the clinical team, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and coordinated patient care delivery both on and off the CC Young campus.

CC Young Home Healthcare is part of the organization’s broader home and community-based services program, which extends CC Young’s legacy of care beyond its East Dallas campus through Home Healthcare, Hospice and Palliative Care, and Private Care services across 13 North Texas counties.
