Dallas Senior Rehabilitation Center

Since 1922, CC Young has been of service to seniors who need comprehensive support. Our CMS Five-Star Quality Rated Vista Health Center – the highest rating possible – includes our own expert team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists who provide services to help you or a loved one – both on and off-campus – gain the strength and confidence needed to live life independently and to the fullest, whether you are a Resident, outpatient, or inpatient.
