If you are looking for a way to keep yourself or a loved one independent, safe and healthy in their current living environment after an illness or injury, we are here, when and where you need us, to provide teaching, help with medications, social services and therapy. We also help by coordinating with your physician and insurance company to arrange services. Medicare provides this at no out of pocket expense.
