The Clinic at CC Young provides comprehensive services for senior patients. Care may be delivered in your CC Young residence, in the doctors’ offices, and our long-term care setting.
The multi-disciplinary care staff includes physicians, nurses and ancillary services professionals. They possess a working knowledge of the aging process and special skills in the diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive and rehabilitative health needs of seniors.
Audiologists include doctors from Total Hearing who are on site every second Tuesday from 1pm to 4:00pm and every fourth Tuesday from 2pm to 4:00pm.
Physician and Nurse Practitioner appointments may be scheduled by calling 972-432-7874, Monday thru Friday, 9am to 4pm. Additionally, on-call physicians are always available after hours.
Q: How does this work with my insurance?
Medicare is approved currently. Please call to confirm other accepted providers.
Q: Can I still see my Primary Care Provider?
We are your new Primary Care Provider, however, we will work with your specialists.
Q: Can I drop in?
Yes, if you are a patient of the Primary Care Physicians at The Clinic at CC Young walk-ins are acceptable, but appointments are encouraged.
Q: How do I make an appointment for any of the physicians?

Q: Can I use the hospital of my choice?
Q: As my Primary Care Provider, will you see me if I am hospitalized?
We work with hospitalists who will see you during hospital visits.
Q: Does a family member need to be present for medical visits?
Family members are welcome to be present, but are not required.
Q: Can I get my blood testing done at The Clinic?
Most routine lab testing can be done at The Clinic.
Q: Where is The Clinic located?
The Campus Clinic will relocate to new offices in The Vista as soon as the space is ready. Until that time, the offices are at the first floor of The Hillside.
