The Point & Pavilion at CC Young.

Serving as the hub of our community, The Point & Pavilion in our Central Park is the focal point of activity, fitness, learning, art, music and much more at CC Young. Its architecture as well as its mix of meeting and event spaces make it a truly special place for enhancing the quality of life of our residents and our neighborhood communities. The Point & Pavilion acts as a connection between CC Young and the surrounding communities, continuing the commitment we have to serving not only our residents and their families, but everyone.

Throughout its spectacular 20,000 sq. ft. environment there are year-round programs; senior tech classes; art gallery events; the Dr. Kenneth Cooper Fitness Center; classes for learning and spirituality; entertainment; wellness and fitness resources, and more. Home to civic groups, fraternal organizations and more, The Point & Pavilion’s commitment to community outreach speaks to our mission of serving all of those around us. Also onsite is The Café, where you can grab a quick meal or snack. Looking to shop for that someone special? Visit the gift shop. All this and more is open to residents and the general public age 55 and forward. Discover The Point & Pavilion!

While many Point offerings are free to the public, Point Membership is required for access to the equipment room. Membership also affords discounts on various classes and massage therapy sessions. Please note that residents have full access to The Dr. Kenneth Cooper Fitness Center. Non-residents, age 55 and forward, may purchase a Point Membership to use the fitness equipment, to attend supervised gym workouts and more. Point Membership is offered as part of our community outreach philosophy which allows those who don’t live on campus enjoy reasonably priced wellness benefits.

Art Gallery & Events

The Point’s Art Gallery highlights our belief that every person’s spirit and creativity are ageless. The Art Gallery is open daily from 6am to 8pm and is free for everyone. Parking is also free.

Our annual Spirit is Ageless Art & Writing Contest is scheduled on Friday, April 24, 2020.  Information will follow soon on how you can participate.
