Shallen Mirzababa, RN, BSN | Administrator, Home Healthcare

Shallen joined the CC Young Senior Living team as the Administrator of our Home Healthcare program in March 2026, bringing a unique blend of executive leadership and hands-on nursing experience. A Registered Nurse with over a decade of progressive healthcare executive experience, Shallen is dedicated to aligning strategic, compliant operations with the high standard of compassionate care that defines our culture.

Throughout her career, Shallen has navigated multi-site clinical operations, business growth, and regulatory frameworks across various healthcare environments. Her extensive background spans hospital systems, acute care, ambulatory surgery centers, and hospice programs.

Before transitioning into executive-level leadership, she served directly in the field as a clinical supervisor and field nurse. Her hands-on expertise includes high-skill nursing tasks, complex care coordination, and teaching patients how to seamlessly transition their care into the comfort of their homes.Her leadership track record includes serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations, where she oversaw multi-regional home health operations, managed regional directors, and optimized clinical workflows. As a Vice President of Clinical Education and Regional Director, she successfully launched new healthcare branches from the ground up, built high-performing clinical teams, and expanded vital referral networks.

Shallen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Oklahoma City University, where she also served as her Class President. Driven by a lifelong passion for learning and operational excellence, she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN-FNP) paired with a dual Master of Business Administration (MBA).
