Tim Woehr brings more than two decades of diverse culinary experience to CC Young through his partnership with Thomas Cuisine. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Tim has led kitchens in both fine dining and healthcare settings, including standout roles at Children’s Health in Plano and acclaimed Dallas restaurants such as Abacus, Parigi, and Jasper’s. Most recently, he guided operations and renovations at Bad Chicken, where he implemented systems for budgeting, scheduling, and team development.
Now serving as Executive Chef and General Manager at CC Young, Tim is blending his technical expertise with a deep passion for people. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he is committed to fostering a positive, high-performing kitchen culture. His focus on innovation, food quality, and service excellence is already making a lasting impact on the dining experience for residents, staff, and guests alike.
