Steven has over twenty years of experience in foodservice and hospitality. After working in computer programming for ten years, Steven took a weekend cooking course that inspired him to enroll in culinary school. He graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 2002, and subsequently began his career in foodservice management with Morrison Healthcare. He worked for Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services as a Residential District Manager before transitioning to the sports and entertainment industry as Director of Operations with Levy Restaurants at State Farm Arena. Steven has an extensive amount of catering experience and has catered events for Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter, Paula Dean, Elton John, Atlanta Hawks basketball team, and most recently President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Steven recently moved to Dallas with his partner of 14 years Jonathan.  They have a fur baby Bella that they spoil rotten. Steven is excited to be part of the CC Young community  lives by the motto, “love, eat, and be happy’!
