Kristi Fawcett, BSN, RN, serves as Campus Clinical Educator at CC Young, where she leads employee orientation, clinical education programs, and the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Training Program. With 36 years of nursing experience, Kristi brings extensive expertise in staff development, quality improvement, infection prevention, clinical operations, and nursing informatics.

Throughout her distinguished career, she has served in hospital, behavioral health, home health  and leadership roles, developing training programs and mentoring healthcare professionals across a variety of settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix after first obtaining her Licensed Vocational Nurse credential and Associate Degree in Nursing from Vernon College. Demonstrating a lifelong commitment to learning, Kristi plans to continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree in nursing education.

Kristi and her husband, Ken, live on a small farm in Blackland, Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys raising chickens, gardening, and spending time with her beloved four-legged princess, Roxy. A proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to three amazing grandchildren, Kristi especially loves spoiling her grandchildren and cherishes time spent with family.
