Jeremy Morgan | DIRECTOR, REHABILITATION SERVICES

Jeremy Morgan

Prior to joining CC Young as Director of Rehabilitation Services in 2018, Jeremy spent several years working in physical therapy, beginning his career in the hospital setting working with a variety of focus areas. He then transitioned to out-patient therapy for a few years before finding his passion for seniors and senior living nearly 20 years ago. He brings to CC Young more than a decade of management experience in single and multi-site senior communities. His driving force for coming to work, “Beyond helping our patients with their therapies, I love spending time with residents and non-residents getting to know who they are and their personal stories. It’s like hanging out with my grandparents every day.”

In his role as Director of Rehabilitation Services, Jeremy directs a team of more than 40 therapists – physical, occupational and speech. A year after coming to CC Young, Jeremy brought all therapy in-house versus using contracted therapists. As a result, he and his team have improved outcomes and more than doubled the in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation census. Also under his leadership, Jeremy has continually improved the therapy services offered to residents and the outside community including creating an aquatics program, and adding a variety of programs for people living with Parkinson’s disease such as Parkinson Voice Project SPEAK OUT!®, LOUD Crowd® Voice Class, and the popular Rock Steady Boxing classes, a national program that helps improve the quality of their lives through a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum.
