Jennifer joined CC Young in 2018 and has more than 25 years of experience in the senior living industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Administration in Long Term Care and Retirement Facilities with a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. Jennifer is a certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse through the Hospice and Palliative Nurse Association and a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.

Jennifer is an experienced and compassionate Hospice Administrator dedicated to delivering exceptional end-of-life care with dignity, integrity, and excellence. With a strong background in healthcare leadership and regulatory compliance, Jennifer oversees interdisciplinary teams, ensures quality standards, and fosters a culture of empathy and accountability. Under her leadership, the hospice program has grown in community presence, clinical outcomes, and family satisfaction. Known for strategic vision and hands-on support, Jennifer is deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of patients and their families during life’s most sacred moments.
