CC Young is pleased to again host Missy Buchanan as she shares insights on navigating the adventure of aging and the skill of pivoting when we experience the unexpected. Gain fresh insights into the underlying fears and concerns of older adults and their adult children. Learn valuable communication tools to lessen the resistance between generations. Discover ways to encourage the entire family to work together so the aging journey is not dreaded and more fulfilling for young and old alike.

About the Presenter:
An advocate for older adults, Missy Buchanan is an internationally recognized author and speaker on issues of aging, faithfully drawing from her own experience as a caregiver for her own aging parent. She has appeared twice on Good Morning America with co-anchor Robin Roberts, who describes Missy as “the rare soul that truly understands older adults: their fears, their struggles and hopes.” Missy was also the co-author of Robin Robert’s mother Lucimarian Roberts’ memoir, “My Story, My Song.
