Cleta Alexander brings more than 27 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and fund management to her leadership role at CC Young. With 13 years in senior-level positions, she offers deep expertise in audits, compliance, investor reporting, and financial modeling—skills that are essential to strengthening our operational excellence and supporting our strategic growth.

Before joining CC Young, Cleta served as Associate Director of Fund Operations at IQ-EQ, where she led a team responsible for managing financial reporting, overseeing audits, and ensuring SEC compliance across a diverse client portfolio. Her career also includes leadership roles at C-III Capital Partners and Trammell Crow Company, where she became known for her thoughtful leadership, process improvement strategies, and strong financial stewardship of multi-million-dollar budgets.

A licensed CPA and graduate of the University of North Texas, Cleta is both a strategic thinker and a dependable leader. She approaches her work with diligence, transparency, and a heart for service—qualities that align perfectly with CC Young’s mission.
