Martin joined the CC Young team in 2022 and received his BSN from the University of Arkansas in 2014,  he also has a MBA from Fontbonne University(St. Louis, MO.).  His experience in health care started much earlier than that.  Martin was a Certified Nurses Aide starting in 2001 and from there he progressed to be a Certified Medication Aide, Licensed Vocational Nurse and then a Registered Nurse.  His previous experience includes 16 years serving at a Long-Term care communities as well as Baylor University Medical Center Hospital for 5 years
