Martin joined the CC Young team in 2022 and received his BSN from the University of Arkansas in 2014,  he also has a MBA from Fontbonne University(St. Louis, MO.).  His experience in health care started much earlier than that.  Martin was a Certified Nurses Aide starting in 2001 and from there he progressed to be a Certified Medication Aide, Licensed Vocational Nurse and then a Registered Nurse.  His previous experience includes 16 years serving at a Long-Term care communities as well as Baylor University Medical Center Hospital for 5 years

Martin is originally from Nairobi, Kenya and enjoys spending time with his family, along with watching sports and current events.  They say home is where the heart is and Martin’s favorite vacation spot is Mombasa, Kenya.  One of Martin’s hidden talents is knowing how to drive a stick shift at the age of 17 and his first car in the US was a Ford Festiva.  His sweet tooth includes mint ice cream and pecan pie.
