Ana joined CC Young in 2022 as the Dining Room Manager for Independent Living. She was born in Lima, Peru, then moved to Dallas when she was 6 years old. Her experience with the senior living industry started in high school when she would volunteer at different retirement homes in the Dallas area. Her volunteer services resulted in a job as a server at one of the retirement homes.  From there, she worked her way up to a supervisor where she served for 3 years before getting recognized for her work ethic and dedication to success by Thomas Cuisine.

Ana’s hospitable demeanor and gentle spirit is always well received by residents and staff. Ana’s favorite ice cream flavor is Rocky Road and she likes brown sugar in her coffee.
