YOU are needed at C. C. Young!
Join the C. C. Young Auxiliary Today
The purpose of the Auxiliary is to interest and involve its members in the mission of C. C. Young, to serve as a voice in the local churches and the community, to promote volunteerism, and to provide funds in support of its ministries.
The Auxiliary meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, with the exception of January and the summer months. Meetings begin at 10 a.m. at The Point with refreshments served by a local UMW group. There is a speaker to bring you up to date on campus happenings or other information of interest. If you volunteer at C. C. Young in any capacity, you need to attend these informative meetings.
Parties for the residents are given annually, as well as a thank you reception each December for all volunteers. We have two fundraisers each year; one of which is the ever popular Rose-Mary Rumbley.
Auxiliary Volunteers are seen all over the entire C. C. Young campus, reading mail to residents, playing table games with residents, or simply chatting with residents.
