Foundation for Body, Mind & Spirit
The Purpose of the Foundation for Body, Mind and Spirit is to:
- Establish an entity that will raise and accept funds, manage such funds and expend the income for the benefit of elderly persons served by C. C. Young or any successor.
- Raise and accept funds and manage such funds for capital improvements to any C. C. Young Memorial Home facility.
- Be a separate and distinct entity apart from C. C. Young Memorial Home and shall independently determine how best to expend its funds for the benefit of the elderly persons served by C. C. Young Memorial Home.
