Outpatient Rehabilitation Program at the Annie L. Stevens Center for Wellness and Renewal

At C. C. Young rehabilitation has taken a big step forward. A new state of the art outpatient rehabilitation gym was opened in late 2009 and covers more than 2500 square feet in the Lawther Point East building. The new gym is available to our skilled nursing residents receiving care on our medicare certified unit, and to all residents and the surrounding community through our outpatient rehab.
