C.C. Young stands for maximum wellness. So we work hard at customizing a plan for each resident. We are one of only ten retirement communities in America using the Collage Assessment to determine each resident’s functional levels and identify the care needed. This multi-faceted process involves the resident, the family or responsible party, as well as the resident's physician, charge nurse, social services counselor, activities director, dietician and therapist. It’s a comprehensive approach to evaluating unique needs.
