Our goal at C.C. Young since 1922 has been to enhance life in every way. As we planned our campus of the future, we wanted to expand accordingly.
We’ve recently opened The
Point, The Center for Arts & Education, where all generations share the inspiration of learning and creating. People of all ages nurture new talents, from painting to poetry, from technology to Tai Chi. Eastfield College, one among our many community collaborators conducts classes here.
We also wanted to create a lifestyle that truly demonstrated an inspired way of life, with a host of services & amenities. Architects Perkins Eastman responded with The Overlook, the only retirement community with its own panorama over spectacular White Rock Lake and the dynamic Dallas skyline. It also features vistas of our own beautiful campus. This graceful, contemporary residence is scheduled to open in 2009. Just as important, we wanted to keep the accent on health and a continuum of care that would give our residents the security of superb care. C.C. Young is fully accredited by The Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC )
“I decided that I would try a Tai Chi class. I was amazed at how great it felt at the end. It’s a great combination of both exercise and relaxation.” – Bernice Press
